SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped 1-2 days after item(s) are completed.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately once order is places it cannot be changed.

How can I track my order?

Tracking will be sent VIA email once shipped. By clicking on the link provided it will take you to the carriers website to show updates.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS, UPS & DHL

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping varies depending on your location and how many items you purchase. But we always provide FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100!!

What if my package gets lost?

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, and/or missing packages. If this does happen we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept any returns, and or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order is placed you will not be able to cancel it.

TURNAROUND TIME

What is your turnaround time?

My current turnaround time to complete orders is 12-15 business days EXCLUDING weekends (sat&sun) and holidays.
