  • Shipping

    Shipping rates will vary depending on how many items you purchase. Once package is in shipping provider hands I am NOT responsible for lost, damaged, and or missing mail. I can help you file a claim, but unfortunately will not remake any orders.

  • Turnaround time

    Processing time to complete orders is 12-16 business days EXCLUDING weekends and holidays.

  • Refund Policy

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND/OR EXCHANGES

    Once an order is placed, you will not be able to cancel it.

  • Pre-Orders

    If you order a preorder item with a ready to ship item in your order, your order will not ship until the preorder item arrives.

    You can pay for shipping separately if you would like to receive your ready to ship items within regular shipping time.

    Preorders have a TURN AROUND TIME of 20-50 Business Days.

    Shipping times do vary and we cannot guarantee a date that you will receive your items. But we can guarantee that your items will be packaged and ready to be shipped out once we receive the items.
